The short version

This site sets no cookies. It loads no fonts, scripts, maps or videos from third-party servers, measures no reach, and embeds neither analytics tools nor ad networks. Everything your browser displays comes from tommypowerz.de itself.

Server logs

Access logging is switched off for this site: ordinary page views are not recorded.

Technical faults are recorded in a server error log. That log may contain the IP address, the time and the file requested. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in secure and trouble-free operation. The logs stay on our own server and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose.

To deliver a page at all, the server has to process the IP address of the request. Without it the answer would have nowhere to go.

Hosting

The site runs on a server owned by 3lite Software GmbH in a data centre in Amsterdam (Netherlands, EU). No data is transferred to third countries. The data centre operator has no access to the content.

Contact by e-mail

If you write to us, we process what you send in order to answer your message (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where a contract is being initiated). Business correspondence is retained for the periods required by commercial and tax law (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and objection to processing based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (Art. 21 GDPR).
